oh such a beautiful & moving pic in your # 80...
Heartbreaking story of the Marine Captain's duties...
Your # 83 tear bringer...a visual representation of the losses.
That was from the Vietnam War, 57,000+
That picture I took from the Rolling Wall Memorail that visited here a couple years ago.

Hi Amy. I hope you had a good holiday. We decorated graves on Saturday, so I relaxed a bit today.
I watched the first video. Oh my .... what a reminder. Thank you, Rus.
Now to check the second link.
Thank you dear Kitty!
Sweet...
Sorry it took me so long to see that you pinged me twice today...HUGS.
Good morning, Mayor,
I'm a bit behind the curve (about two weeks), but I have a question about the music at the Arlington Memorial Day service. They played a song during the retiring of the Colors at the end, and though I don't know the name of the song, I do know I've played it a hundred times (25 years ago in Youth Band).
Is there any possible way that you know the name of the song (unfortunately I can't hum it for you), or that you know where I can get a copy of the programme from that service? In Los Angeles, I just don't know who I can ask that kind of question.
Thanks much, and bless you for what you do to remind us here at Free Republic of why we are free.
The only thing I can think of is searching the Arlington website.

Hopefully you can find the info you need there.
Sorry I couldn't be of more help to you.
