From
this link:
Anheuser-Busch, the nations largest brewer, said it will begin producing Rolling Rock and Rock Green Light in August at its Newark, N.J., facility, one of 12 breweries across the country.
It's JUST SAD.

Does anyone remember ordering Rocks by the case at the 'Skeller?

Rolling Rock really wasn't a very good beer.
I guess the best in that category is Michelob.
Rolling Rock had a cool label and bottle is all. And the horse was kind of cool too.

Schlitz, the beer that made Milwaukee famous. Budweiser would have been smarter to buy that brand name and revive it.
Who really cares about Rolling Rock unless you are from Pennsylvania?
.

And if Schlitz isn't available, there is always Blatz.

"Does anyone remember ordering Rocks by the case at the 'Skeller?"Are you talking about the Skeller in D.C.? If so, yes. Wonder if it's still there?

"No, it's the ALL AMERICAN RATHSKELLER in Happy Valley (State College, PA)."Now this is wierd. I remember that one too. Fun place. Like 40 different brands of beer. That was unusual at the time.
BTW, there was one in D.C. too. It was just around the corner from Georgetown U, where else.
