How is it possible for our immigration Service to be unbiased in it's application of laws, visa, etc. when everyone at the top is hispanic?

You're talking level of offense, I'm talking impact on the country and taxpaying Americans. Your ticket won't cost me one dime but Jose and his descendants most surely will have their hands in my unborn grand kids pockets if Bush has his way. See the difference? What do you open border types have against national security and the rule of law?

...Currently, being in this country illegally IS a civil misdemeanor offense....

Its a misdemeanor crime -for commission of first offense up to 6 months imprisonment, felony for second offense- up to 2 years imprisonment in addition to any civil fines. This has been pointed out to you before...

Bush budget: more for border patrol, none to jail illegal aliens
February 6, 2006

From this:

For the third straight year, President Bush has proposed eliminating hundreds of millions of dollars in federal reimbursements to states to help with the cost of jailing illegal immigrants who commit crimes. California is the top beneficiary of the program.

The reimbursement program is called SCAAP ("State Criminal Alien Assistance Program"). See "Feds paid $2 billion/year to jail criminal aliens" and "Bush refuses to pay for the trouble he causes". California pays at least $750 million to jail illegal aliens, and has only got part of that back from the feds.

* * *

UPDATE: As an extra special gift to the Americans, Bush included something else in his budget: $247 million for his "temporary" worker scheme.

I didn't see the word "exile" mentioned one time at your link.

The vast majority of violence along that border is condoned and conducted by the Mexican Government..... who have also bought intelligence from our own government.

I thought you were a Border Patrol agent-in-training?

I'm a former Marine and for the last 8 years, I've been working as an Immigration Inspector/CBP Officer.

The 2 categories under "Exiled" in the government stats linked to above include "forced removals" and "voluntary departures" - does that sound more familiar then?

Nowhere on any Government site or released stats does the term "exile" exist; nor does the word "Forced Removal".

Voluntary Removals and Removals/deportations are the correct terms and do not cause the illegal alien to be exiled.

Exile is the forced or voluntary removal from ones own country. When the illegal is in the US, then they would be in exile from there home country. When they are removed from the US to their home country, they are not exiled.

When you find your dictionary look up 'deportation'. It isn't the same as 'exile'.

Are there any Federal Prisons in California? Maybe all the illegals should be put in Federal Prisons. Then the Federal Government would have to pay for their incarceration. I wish.

I've been posting this repeatedly, maybe not often enough, over the past few months. It's just too blatant to be any sort of "coincidence."

There's a lot going on in the back room, and it's mostly in Spanish.

Save for future reference.

That or it's starting to dawn on them they may be swimming against the current on this issue and are holding their tongues.
