I know that the late Canadian Prime Minister,Pierre Elliot Trudeau was invited to a Bedouin tent.
A Bedouin tent in Toronto? He didn't travel halfway across the world to luxuriate in seventh-century accomodations, did he?
What is with this romantic image of the Bedouin? Cowboys didn't have indoor plumbing either, you know. Why not try to emulate them?

...He wasn't able to control his own passions and he destroyed a woman who once adored him ...Daniel 11:37 Neither shall he regard the God of his fathers, nor the desire of women, nor regard any god: for he shall magnify himself above all.
Things that make a person go, hmmmmm.

A Bedouin tent in Toronto? Nothing would surprise me about Toronto. The vibrant mix of multi-cultures- as per the Toronto Star.
I knew Trudeau had gone to the Middle East. I hastily GOOGLED the names and found that he did indeed meet Colonel Moammar Gaddaffi. I found it hard to confirm about the dance in the tent, but would guess that is where Pierre lightly tripped.
I remember that some well known person - either in the entertainment world, or other had a birthday party. It was a two million dollar job in North Africa. Many of the beautiful people were flown there. This was about 15 years ago.
Elizabeth Taylor went. Oh oh, the lovely lady dwelt on the line ups for the porta potties. Said she was not impressed. At least she saw the whole desert moonlight, sheiks and sand dunes, in a different context.

Was this before or after she became a close confidant of Michael Jackson? It may help to explain things.

Do you think he's gone native, Harry?
There's a lot of money being made in the League of Arab Nations right now. Prince Charles isn't one to let a good investment get past him. After all, a widower with 2 sons newly remarried has a lot of expenses to worry about.

And as King, wouldn't he also be Supreme Governor of the Church of England. How would that work, the Supreme Governor of the Church of England and Defender of the Faith, a convert to islam? He's already on record as saying that upon accession he would most likely change his title from "Defender of the Faith" to "Defender of the Faiths."
