...........and is unique in keeping Hillary "cankle" Clinton's thesis under lock and key.

I had no idea about THAT. That's not just unethical, I would almost think it's illegal somehow..... because of disclosure and all, if the department accepts federal funds for education.

That could be made into one hell of a big campaign issue. Like "National Guard" records, or Kerry's refusal to sign Form 180.

WOOOOHOOO!

THE WOMAN RULES!

It was great...everything I hoped she would be. She pulled no punches at all...none whatsoever!

I will attempt to relay (mostly via paraphrase...I wish I had a tape recorder!) what she said...it is NEARLY accurate...:)

"If Liberals had their way, Abortion up to the age of 20 years old would be legal, but only after checking the voter rolls to make sure they are Republicans..."

"We should pack the Supreme Court with conservatives, and give them free reign with judicial activism, but only for 5 months, just so liberals would understand what it feels like to be ruled by judicial fiat...think of what they could do...they could make the following things constitutional rights: A flat tax...the right to bear machine guns...the right for men to buy women champagne..."

"We cannot retaliate against these terrorists who hate us, are angry with us, and wish only for our complete annihilation, because it might make them hate us, be angry with us and wish for our complete annhilation!"

"Feminism as commonly construed is incompatible with my version of conservatism. Feminists wanted to be able to burn their bras and have promiscuous sex with multiple partners, and basically be pigs just like men. They want women to be just like men and be treated exactly the same as men, then they have all these sexual harrassment rules implemented about what can and cannot be done to a woman in the workplace, or what can and cannot be said in front of a woman in the workplace. Here's an idea. How about just not saying things to or in front of a woman because you are a gentlemen?"

When asked about her views on pre-maritial sex in light of her stated views on the sanctity of marriage, she said "Gee...it is usually the pimply-faced adolescent guys asking me that one..." and she dodged the question. When people in the audience shouted out for her to answer the question, she said "Sorry...I'm going to require a credit card for that..." Obviously, she didn't want to answer what was obviously a question designed to trap her and illuminate her as a hypocrite, and just refused to do so.

Remember, all of this is not verbatim, but is paraphrased from what I can remember.

Generally, the crowd was polite, nobody had to be dragged out for being disruptive.

The smelly hippy types with their "Give peace a chance", "No War in Iraq" and "Stop Hate Speech" were parked outside, pathetically listening to 60's music from a boom box, but the only thing I heard from them was someone shout out "Don't support Hate Speech!" Other than that, they seemed to mind their own business.
