Rush wasn't ever actually charged before, was he? I think this may be a case of them actually filing formal charges, going through the motions of arresting/arraigning him, but with the understanding that it won't be pursued criminally if he meets the other conditions. This was an ambitious and fiercely partisan Democrat prosexutor who was sent by his bosses to "bring down Limbaugh." This is hte best he could do. Tht tells me he's not only amoral, but incompetent.

Never have the chance to watch her, work afternoons. That was the name Rush used in the 70's.
BTS, has called him (Rush) Jeff Christie a few times.
