Posting the same thread no sooner than 4 hours after it had already been posted?
It was a dumb rule in 2006, and it's a dumber rule now.
Anyone who visits FR regularly knows that many important threads can be gone forever in les than an hour, on a busy day.

say, just wondering...why not throw up a flag when someone tries to link to a site that’s already been linked to — just a “hey, you do know this has already been linked to? You sure you wanna do this?” kind of thing...
