If you die in your sleep, do you wake up refreshed in the Afterlife?
I would venture that would depend on the state of your sould at the time of your death. As C.S. Lewis said, you don't HAVE a soul. You ARE a soul. You HAVE a body.
I wish you the best.
At the most there might be some proto-rNA. What seems most likely in this continued total absence of evidence? We need some kind of hypothesis to dismantle.
It is a severe problem. Such a discovery would lead to decentralization of Man, and thereby dissolve our entire assigned Absolute Purpose. It is difficult to justify keeping to the straight and narrow if we amount to 0.000000001% of the Worshipful biomass, which is our circumstance on earth. If we amount to 0.0000000000000000001% in this galaxy alone we are going to have a problem firing up our Hubris to imagine we count at all.
With all the stuff floating around the universe I never understand how they identify a rock as coming from Mars.
I ran out of fuel for mine a long time ago. "Decentralization of Man?" -- I never strongly considered Man to be central in the first place.
None of this really changes anything. No matter the odds, a thing either is, or is not. Our relationship with our putative Creator is independent of the process of creation, and it always has been.
The only thing this informmation suggests is that the actions of the Creator are even wider ranging and longer lived than we had previously thought, and the possibility that all of creation began only three milliseconds ago can still not be denied.
