I don't believe the judge can force the boy to testify. If he does, I would send the resultant psychiatric bills to the judge. He is victimizing the boy much more than his teacher did.

No one. That's why it is a crime for the supposed adult, not the child.
So the jedge says to plea bargin this case would "undermine" the credibility of the justice system. And this is a system which routinely pleads down murder, manslaughter and mayhem of EVERY type.
I think the judge just wants to be able to LOOK at this babe so she must go to court for trial.

She's gorgeous. But this is one I'll never understand. A woman this beautiful surely has no problem finding eligible, attractive male companions of legal age.

I was a lifeguard at 15, and at one time I had a semi-secret affair with a 19 yo woman, for the summer.
At 17, I had a gf who was 15, and for a time I was 18 when she was 15.
I have absolutely nothing but fond memories of those years. And the old gf remembers it very fondly, too. No harm, no foul. And certainly no regrets.
