Yes, it is for sure a plausible scenario. She could have been so scared and trying to leave. All these things should have been investigated. A healthy woman of 26 doesn't just collaspe like Terri did. Something happened.

sounds like a death warrant to me. Greer must have thought he was in criminal court to sentence Terri to death. Guardianship judges are supposed to think of the ward's best interest, not sign their death warrant.

What's on the record is that Dr. Harrison -- ghoulish though he is on this account -- did not say her EEG was "completely flat." He said "depressed."

As far as I know, we don't have the words of Dr. Harrison on record. Both versions are from MS.

As befitting the growing Legacy of Terri, the day is filled with news and many articles. For any in the area, we hope you can make it to the special service tonight.

There will be a 1 year Memorial Mass this Friday, March 31st, 8pm at St. Patrick's in Largo, FL. Presiding will be Fr. Frank Pavone (Priests for Life) and Fr. Euteneuer (Human Life International). Terri's family will be in attendance. This Mass is open to all who supported Terri's fight for life.

Regarding medicine, after years of battling doctors and their treatment of our son, we learned a few truisms the hard way. Doctors treat symptoms, pharmaceutical companies peddle drugs, and all get rich on "managing" our ailments. We have switched for most problems to naturapaths who try to cure rather than treat. We have been cured of ailments which TV ads still show as incurable.

A few weeks ago, I developed shortness of breath, pounding heart, aching arms. Could hardly get up the stairs. It didn't go away, got worse. It must be angina, I guessed, probably the precursor to a heart attack, clogged arteries and the whole bag. We went for help, not to a GP or heart specialist, but to a naturapath. I still got all the tests, including EKG but all came out ok. Turns out, it is a rather hidden allergy emerging. The ticker is fine, excellent. No heart problems at all. Once the culprit identified, all symptoms gone!

What would have happened if I went to a heart specialist and his payment on his Mercedes was coming due? Would I still as for years be completely free of prescription drugs? I bet not. More likely I might have gotten a special deal on a quadruple bypass or transplant. At least I bet I would have gotten blood pressure medicine, cholesterol medicine and assorted other drugs I do not need.

Local Perspective: This afternoon, I spent an hour at Terri's graveside. I sat on the Schiavo bench which is large scale. Terri's marker is much smaller than it looks on the internet.

There were approx. forty other Terri supporters there who held a service followed by Monsignor Malanowski saying the Rosary. He sat on the big bench. I sat next to him, staring out at the giant fountain.

I took some photos afterward; a view from Mikey's bench, of Terri's marker, and a photo of the name of the lane for future reference if someone wants to know how to find her marker.

God Bless the Schindlers. God Bless Terri. Before I left there, I touched her name, not Schiavo but Theresa Marie. There's nothing ordinary about Terri Schindler in life or in death. Life is precious. Thank you, Terri for that lesson.
