I'm petrified too, at the possibility of
Nancy Pelosi as Speaker of the House
Murtha as chairman of the House Subcommittee on the Armed Forces
Conyers as chairman of the House Judiciary Subcommittee
Rangel in a position of more power
and so on... Now the Pubbies may have done a p-poor job, but put these bozos in and we'll really see a disaster.

The Ports thing is simply a diversion from the Mexican Border.. The Chinese are and have been controling many many docking sites in both the western and eastern ports in a lot of citys.. Also the nations airports ALREADY have many docking stations controlled by foreign government airlines, governments that despise the U.S... Not a word about that mentioned..

Nah!.. its a diversion from the Mexican Border.. seems the flap was generated by BOTH parties.. Bush must be relieved.. it worked.. All eyes are OFF THE MEXICAN BORDER... Only those oblivious to whats happening are fooled.. which by the way is MOST PEOPLE.. thats why "they" did it..

Bush spent years telling us about the terrorist threat and the consequenses of not preparing and now his minions have looked upon the souls of their fellow Americans and declared them "racist" for having qualms about allowing people from the same crappy neighborhood as the 9/11ers taking over a transportation hub. Yeah go figure that even the least disconnected American could put two and two together especially since that American can see granny get searched for fingernail clippers at the airport.

The Republicans don't deserve to get re-elected. We won the majority in both the House and Senate, a 2-term Republican president, and they are all fighting each other to see who can act more like big-government, free immigration liberals.

It's easy to understand why voters would think "if we're going to have Democratic policies regardless, might as well elect real Democrats."

Like having Cindy Sheehan and George Soros influencing foreign policy? Elect the Donks and that is what you get.

I agree. For the first time in 27 years, I'm thinking seriously about sitting this one out.

And I was formerly "broken glass." One of the 537 Volutia County votors who put Bush over Gore. Stood on a street corner with a Bush sign during the lawsuit/recount. Was an election observer last election.

The failure to build a fence is my biggest concern, followed by the spending.

They should be ashamed, not petrified. I haven't been voting GOP for 20 plus years to send them there to compromise, and be led around by a right wing socialist in the name of compassionate conservatism (buying votes with my money).

The GOP national committee has eight months to either continue the present course so I just stay home on election day, lurch farther left so I go ahead and vote straight Democrat hoping for gridlock, or cut spending and enforce the borders along with deporting every illegal arrested by local law enforcement across the country so I'll get out my checkbook and go vote GOP(again).

The Bushbots can rage at me all they want. I know I'm not the only conservative who feels this way, and while stopping abortion on demand is a goal of every right thinking person in the world, selling the rest of the country down the river in the process is not worth it.

Check this out.

The UAE refuses to let any foreigner own a business unless that business is 51-percent owned by a UAE citizen national.

At least with Impeachment hearings, they won't be passing any more inane laws.

90 percent of republicans voted for sensenbrenner's border fence. Dems are united in opposing the bill.

All dems voted against the 39 billion in entitlement cuts and the republicans voted for it.

I will never understand how conservative voters want a pelosi instead of hastert.

Do you really want bush and cheney impeached and pelosi as president.

Do you really want harry reid to be majority leader to the next supreme court pick.

Do you want rangel and conyers as committee chairmen.

Actually the Republicans representatives I heard speak didn't know the difference between a port, a port terminal, and a port-a-potty.

"All eyes are OFF THE MEXICAN BORDER"

There is a common thread between the two, and I'm surprised no one has brought this up, or at least not that I've seen. Customs and Border Protection (http://www.cbp.gov) is involved in both, under the auspices of DHS. Doesn't that make you feel all safe and warm?

Border "security" is being handled by the same agency as is ports security ... Customs and Border Protection. Given the porous nature of our southern border, and the absolutely flaccid efforts at securing that border, I find that more disturbing than the DP World ports deal, which was and is fairly disturbing in its own right, in my opinion.

CBP is in charge of Customs and Border Patrol, under DHS Department of Homeland Security. These are the people that have blocked all of the drug smuggling, and human trafficking on our southern border. Gun-running is now unheard of on the US Mexican border. With the heroic efforts of CBP officers, gang activity on both sides of the border is rare. The economic benefits are so staggering that the barrios have removed the cardboard box homes fronting open sewers, and erected marble palaces with solid gold plumbing. All of this is due to the unwavering leadership of the executive branch.

I don't see what the big deal is. So what if W told Dubai to back off. Good for him if he did. At least someone listens to him.

Not when you consider the agenda of the globalists..
Is Bush a globalist?.. Sure looks like it don't it..
Ockhams Razor demands that he is..

Allowing, NO, encourageing people that have no idea of becoming Americans in to this country in such massive quantitys can only dilute Americas Nationalistic bent.. Which needless to say IS THE AGENDA.. the globalists agenda.. At this rate nationalists will soon be an extremist fringe group..
