Welcome, You are wrong about the Port deal as anyone who bothers to learn the facts rather then just parrot the Democrat Senate Comittee Press Release that sparked this story knows. Curious how despite the dozens of lying stories sent out by the Junk Journalists, Conservatives still are too naive to be on guard for the manipulation of the "News Media" by Democrats.

Well, if that is what I said. I agree. This probably is a good business deal, it was vetted by Homeland Security, Commerce, State, DOD. All gave the OK.
But this is a political land mine. Democrats who have been all over the "wire tapping" thing will come out in droves against this. And "apperances" are what this is all about.
I think the President needs to reconsider.
All the hype out there. I have not heard what happens if this is blocked at this time. Do they have to go through the whole process and will that involve closing these ports during that time? I have no idea, but that could have disasterous financial repercussions.
I heard a FOX update that Frist has come out against. So this thing is growing legs faster than a lizard regrows its tail.
