Biden: I was a co-sponsor of FISA and charged with being a small group to write the authorization for use of force.
Why do you limit your wiretapping only on foreign calls to the US.
AG: That's a presidential decision. I believe it's because we're trying to balance concerns that might arise that NSA was engaged in surveillance of domestic calls so a decision was made this is an appropriate balance. I'm sure there are some Americans who believe there are two AQ calling each other in American and why aren't you listening to those calls.

Biden knocks Roberts for not holding hearings on a secret program..great thinking Biden..The Intelligence Committee should demand we should expose all our secrets/s.
Now the question is posed What if Congress denied the President the right for surveillance?

Biden is coming right up to the edge of discussing other programs. I believe this is the purjury trap they had hoped to set up. Obviously we have other programs with other activities.

Biden: Is the president not listening to calls between AQ in this country for public relations?

Biden's name is too much like bin Laden. I don't trust that scum. I don't care for his tone. I can't stand the sight of him. He makes me sick.

This is one of the reasons I'd like this entire hearing to be held in private session.

Is the president not listening to calls between AQ in this country for public relations? We probably are in programs that have not been leaked yet. Biden knows this, and is trying to find a way to get it out there without leaking it. He wants the media to draw inference.
