As they say in the backwoods, "you has done sho' nuff said a moufful dat time, mister". There are those who still peddle the idea that "the cream naturally rises to the top" but those who have their eyes open know that cream is not the only thing that floats.
There are other things needed other than armoured vehicles. Pluse, I believe I mentioned I heard some auto plants closing down, so I was not just talking about the Delphi plant. We did this in WW II, why can't we even try to do this now!
