Assuming this is the same as the ABC deal - and I'd be shocked if it isn't - they are not.

With the horrible content on TV, who would really want this?

If they sign a deal with fox and they put Arrested Development on there I will get a video iPod for that reason only. Or as soon as they start letting you load your own content on the iPod. There are good shows on tv, but nobody wants to watch them they want to complain about how bad tv is.

Is that why viewer ratings are in the toilet?

With the horrible content on TV, who would really want this? Well mister, as of last night's release of "Knight Rider Season 1", I have 17.6 hours of David Hasselhoff tucked away in my pants pocket!
"Who would really want this?" - what a silly question.....

Don't buy an iPod. Use the money to buy 4 shares of Apple stock. Then this time next year, buy TWO iPods.

Sounds like a seriesly hugh medical problem. Maybe you can get Marcus Welby, MD to cure it...or one of the doctors from 'Emergency!'... :)

No mention of whether commercials are included. They won't be - that's part of the deal that Apple has demanded and gotten with ABC/Disney.
I'm sure that part of the deal would extend to NBC/Universal. After all, who would want to pay for commercials?

With the horrible content on TV, who would really want this?As a Galactica fan, and someone who fondly remembers the old Hitchcock and Adam-12 episodes?
