I think your question needs to be more specific. That is, in terms of

(a) How "modern" is "modern" e.g., 1700...1800...1900...1968...

and

(b) Your question implies that country X (if it had existed) was originally Orthodox Christian and was converted to a Muslim country (with or without force?) and subsequently converted back to a Christian country without the use of force.
