Since abstinence has been known to fail, it also acknowledges the existence of contraception and abortion. Last time I heard that abstinence failed Jesus was born.

Lets be honest here how many people here (or people you know) did not have sex until they were married. Um...ME.
I was NEVER sorry.

Make dolls! They don't have to look like store bought dolls. If your kids don't watch TV much (or better yet, at all) they won't see the ads that program most kids' minds.

My kids nurture their stuffed animals. Patrick can't go to bed without his python; Sally has to have her penguins. It's a zoo.

That whole thing about Jerry Falwell's "crusade against Tinky Winky" was also a complete fabrication by the MSM, as was the "Dobson crusade against Sponge Bob". It's amazing how many liberals ignorantly believe these myths.

So I should quite my job because my employer mandates the use of MS Word and Excel and is, indirectly, supporting gay rights with which I disagree with? If you feel that strongly about it. Or you could continue working there and make snide comments towards those who'se convictions lead them to boycotting a company that gains $$$$ in profits and they turn around and sponsor an organization that is promoting immoral and dangerous ideas to young girls. Seems like a no brainer to me. But they don't call this a free country for nothing.

So because Microsoft provides same-sex benefits and promotes the same to other companies, I should protest by not buying or using anything sold by Microsoft? So I should quite my job because my employer mandates the use of MS Word and Excel and is, indirectly, supporting gay rights with which I disagree with? Life is full of choices. You make yours, and everyone else gets to make theirs. Isn't that the way it works in America?

There are the Jewish
Ellis Island Dolls but they are meant to be collector's items, not toys for a little girl to dress up and play with.

As soon as you buy them, their name changes. Within a few weeks the clock in the microchip changes the voice from Eastern European to Long Island.

Me too! And I'm proud of it. I do think that the movies and the TV and the music fooled a lot of my fellow boomer g-g-g-generation into thinking that EVERYone was doing it, and this convinced a lot of them to reject our parents' generation's moral values. Young people who were virgins were consistently portrayed in the movies as being either too ugly or too stupid to get laid.
Let's be honest here, madnsad - when's the last time you saw a movie or TV show that portrayed a young adult virgin in a positive light?
