Isn't it? I never thought that the Crusades were defensive wars to prevent the total subjugation of Western Europe by the Islamists. That certainly isn't a point of view taught in our schools.
My daughter is taking a Middle East geography class at the University of Oregon. And that most assuredly is not the belief of the professor.
