OHMYGOSH!! He is SOOOO Cute! I LOVE that face!!!
Your picture reminds of the Vanity Fair Wilson Plame shot.
The wet kitty looks like an alien. Too funny.
(this is a neighborhood kitty that wandered in the open patio door to visit with Mason today)
Love this photograph of "Him and Friend,"
that lends itself to dozens of captions!
Yes, he is growing awfully fast now that you ask.
Mason lived with a kitty at his previous home, so it was mostly ok, just the new-ness of a different kitty was exciting.
The kitty had to hiss and swat a couple of times, just to keep things at a certain level of understanding. Humblegunner translated what the kitty is saying:
"See, I'll come over and visit, and you'll be nice and polite, see?"
Yikes! Don't watch, I gotta vacuum. . . with the long-haired dog owners favorite tool - The ShopVac!
(okay, it's actually a Rigid)
Oh my...what a precious little kitty! Love you Texas "bad boys" showing your "true colors".... (bunch of softies LOL!)
Hey, kitties are just reduced versions of lions and tigers.
Oh, we're plenty bad, but kitties and puppy dogs are exempt.
Yes, dutchess, but these fellows are The Finest good Bad Boys!!
Gotta luv 'em..:)
No Vanity Fair for my boys. Guns and Ammo maybe. :)
Hi, all. Great thread, dutchess. I just love pet thread days.
I've been away even longer than I expected as my computer crashed and burned...literally. I should say it crashed *because* it burned out its circuitry just as I was typing a private reply to ExcuseMyBellicosity thanking him for posting a picture of my son's sub two weeks ago. Man, talk about having FR withdrawals!
(Hi. I'm Lakeside. [Hiiii Lakeside] I'm an FRaholic)
I have a doggie story I've been meaning to share with you guys. We've got a new dog--another rescue. Penny is a terrier/wire haired chihuahua mix. She was found in our neighbor's pontoon boat (that was tied at their dock) after another neighbor reported seeing some guy toss Penny in as he was going close by in his own boat. Just threw her away!! Well, for various reasons my neighbors couldn't keep her. We could.
Our other rescue doggie, the three legged Kix(Aussie mix), wasn't so sure she wanted that little rat dog but now they are fast friends---as long as Penny keeps her distance from Kix's food bowl.
Now, along with this nifty new laptop of mine I got a new printer/scanner. Just as soon as I figure out (o, noooo!) how to operate said scanner I'll post pictures of our doggies to the Finest. Perhaps sometime next year....
whole article in the link, but this is the best part!

The two will face a challenge on election day from write-in hopeful Rus Thompson, who has continued campaigning despite his loss in a Republican primary against Kaiser in September.
Thompson, who announced his intention to run against Chuck Swanick in December before either endorsed candidate entered the race, said he is also opposed to Giambras proposed budget and feel county government needs to be dismantled.
While he was denied the Republican Partys support, he said the leaders of the Erie County Republican Committee took his ideas and made them part of their REFORM platform.
I met with Carl Calabrese (the County Republican Committees executive director) and he was totally enthusiastic about it, said Thompson, who feels party leaders rejected him because he worked with Democrats as well as Republicans and Conservatives. Because I didnt cook clam chowder and I didnt cook hamburgers, because I wasnt part of their clique, I couldnt get the party endorsement.
That is hilarious!
