Goth fashion (dark clothes, mostly, not piercings or weird makeup) doesn't attract much attention in major urban communities.

Ahhh,
the Goths around here are major piercing/tattoo buffs. With those ultra-big holed earrings in their ears....but I think all the military bases mean more tattoo parlors and more access :)

Ick! I think she may have two piercings in her ears ... but so does my mom's best friend, wife of a retired admiral :-). Everyone's not a frump like me!

By reading that word, I have activated your DNA. You will now send me $100 of your hard-earned cash to help me establish a new foundation in California for remote DNA activation. It has been dark and rainy here all day and my DNA could certainly have used some activation. You are using your powers in a selective way instead of distributing them to everyone for free. I'm gonna sue!

Well, on average, everyone 'Goth' round here has at LEAST--
2 ear piercings per ear, (mostly the big hole knobs these days)
2 facial piercings (nose is a required...the rest can be eyebrow, lip etc) and
erm,
nevermind.
It's ink and metal city here.

The boy that supposedly murdered her wore black and read satanic books.

I understand what you mean. It's hard to separate what a poster thinks from what the poster is reporting. I was reporting what I had read about her. Since I don't know her personally.

See post #174 where I cite my source and post #175 where you can read the full article.
Maybe this mom is doing the best she can. I don't know her circumstances.

See post #201 wherein I say what I think of the quote:
Yes, so sayeth the town hippie.
To: Tax-chick
I am surprised that no one has mentioned "as goats and chickens wandered around the property." He was described elsewhere as a vegan. Most Americans do not eat goats, chickens and goats are used in Satanic rituals. Strange coincidence?

You think that Wilma Holgerson is the name of the town hippie?

No telling. Just because this boy was a vegan doesn't mean everybody in the mob living there was. Or maybe they just had pets :-).

That sounds similar to (only worse than) my own father's story, and yet he managed to stay marrried to the same woman for 50 yearsFunny you should mention this - his 'marriage' is another testament to his character. They've been married approximately 46 years and it's no marriage. Separate bedrooms for at least a decade, she's hostile, overweight and has some mental problems - not sure what but she doesn't act like she even likes him.
And he will never divorce this non-wife - he gave his word 46 years ago and he will not break it.

You are certainly welcome to think that Wilma is an upstanding citizen. I'd prefer a little more information. Many people think that say ... a tenured professor at a university is a wonderful thing ... sometimes it is.
But not always.

A shame the young man had no parents, or anybody else who gave a crap about him. But oh well - - hope he dies in prison after a few years of being a boy-toy for the sodomites.
