Are you selling that on a T-shirt?
Hopefully a young doctor got some good practice out of that, although who knows what doctors treat the death row inmates.
will likely be executed in January, authorities said Monday.
Since he will still require medicine and doctors checkups after this surgery, and since he's already exhausted the appeals process, it's better to execute him sooner. Why wait until January? That means he gets another one more Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years than the people he murdered (and those he ordered murdered) after those other 25 extra years of living.
Make him do hard labor. Maybe help tend the prison farm for 10 hours a day at 29 cents a hour. Thats better than execution.
He was serving a life prison term in Folsom State Prison for the 1974 murder of 17-year-old Mary Sue Kitts.
Allen had marked Kitts for death, the records said, because she had linked him to an earlier burglary of Fran's Market when she told the owner's son, Bryon Schletewitz, how the crime was arranged.
Hoping to win an appeal, Allen decided to silence some witnesses, starting with the family members who owned Fran's Market.
Allen found a willing accomplice in Billy Ray Hamilton, a fellow inmate at Folsom State Prison. Within days of his release, Hamilton went to Fran's Market. Hamilton then killed Bryon Schletewitz, 27, Josephine Rocha, 17, and Douglas White, 18. Another clerk, Joseph Rios, 19, was shot, but survived.
Thank you for all the info. Somehow I just knew there had to be more to this story. It makes sense after your explanation!
