And maybe if you weren't in Florida you'd know Dreier doesn't represent Orange County, CA. And that he's despised by those who want the border controlled.
Tough on illegal immigration? Hardly! Just the opposite as a matter of fact and arrogant about it at that.

AS someone who was in Dreier's district until reapportionment, I can tell you that Republicans here don't give a d*** about what Dreier does in the privacy of his bedroom. And I am a hard-core conservative. The rumors are likely true, but David has the good sense to keep private things private. (and yes, I know who Brad Smith is-Dreier's chief of staff).
What we do care about is his voting record. Dreier's ACU rating runs from 88-92. In other words, mostly conservative, but not hard-core. He also seems to like DC entirely too much.
Now since reapportionment, I am in Hilda Solis' district. Which would you rather have?
I also would like someone more hard core than Dreier as Majority leader.
Who would I rather have? Someone who doesn't spilt his time between Vicente Fox and Broadway show tunes. If you think Dreier is a good Congressman it's no wonder the "conservative" wing of the GOP has been electing RINOs.
