Well you got at my best estimation 2,000 lib dem profs at UT-Austin, and they feed crap to the 40,000 or so students at UT-Austin, and don't forget the thousands of peripheral employees(secretaries, janitors, etc.etc.) and the crap these 2,000 or so tenured liberal professors goes wide and far amongst Travis county Texas.

Shades of the City of Evil.

American's need to demand investigations/audits at ever level of government.

This is true. But it'll only add another layer of corruption. The problem is so immense, it is very nearly out of the average Americans control. The average American is lazy and ignorant about these things. They're more interested in Desperate Housewives than keeping abreast of what's happening to their country.

Delay will be cleared of this and the DA(a Democrats) has been pushed by the DNC to see that this happens

You got that right

House Republican conference rules require he step down. Of all people, Martin Frost on now saying thee is "no doubt" Delay is guilty. Thinks some Republicans will be relieved.

Hogwash! I remember when they were sure Kay Bailey Hutchison would have to resign...indicted by the SAME damn prosecutor.

I do not want to hear any whining from Republicans on this board! All of this talk about how we will lose the House and how we are finished is nothing but caving to the Rats and the MSM!

We are in a war with the Rats and the idea is to keep on pushing them, not give up!!

Like I said, generally they don't indict at this level unless they feel they have something substantial. Otherwise, it could come back and hurt them bad. Ruin careers, etc. They know this.

Didn't ruin ronnie earl's career in Travis county Texas after the witch hunt towards Kay Bailey Hutchison.

You all should learn more before shooting your keyboard fingers off.

If these jokers are convicted, they should do time. That being said, Ronnie Earle could get a ham sandwich indicted in Travis county.....

Acton Shmacton. Master of the obvious and a place in mediocrity.

I guffaw generally in your direction.

Presumptuous rube placemarker.

I live in Texas

Sorry, but the information that has been coming out of Texas lately doesn't wash. Like gas prices will come down, and Natural Gas will come down. All I see is Up Up Up. No disrespect to you, but anything I hear lately from Texas, I believe the opposite.

Remember Ronnie Earl was the one trying to help the Texas Democrats fight redistricting.

BREAKING NOW: David Dryer will take over for Delay

My Lord please! This is the guy that hides under his desk when confronted with his inaction and pandering to those millions crossing our borders illegally. He's been made a complete fool of in west coast political circles.

This is hard to watch.

Grand juries have a truly different standard to judge by than regular juries. They are definitely not doing reasonable doubt judgments here. Their job is to decide if it's worth indicting or not...and the rules are stacked in favor of the DA, not the defense.

The 1993 indictment of Kay Bailey Hutchison was not thrown out. The prosecutors declined to press the case to trial when they received unfavorable rulings in the preliminary hearings. In other words, they knew they wouldn't win.

Substantively, what is the difference?
