Funny, but this estate has probably dwindled considerably due to cumulative attorney's fees. The bill rate clock has been ticking since 1995.

She performed her services. She chose a great client. She deserves the cash.

With all of the really worthy cases the Supreme Court refuses to hear it is especially sad that they are willing to hear the case of one cheap tart who married an extremely old man for his money.
Then again the US judiciary takes great pains to hear cases that benefit only women on a daily basis whether it is "fair" or not. Just step into any woman friendly family court on any day anywhere in America and you will find proof of this.

I agree - it would have taken 400 million for me to sleep with Mr. Marshall too - I was just saying it was funny that she referred to his son as scheming.

it would have taken 400 million for me to sleep with Mr. Marshall too Reminds me of an old joke:A guy walks into a bar and sees this very beautiful woman. He asked her if she would sleep with him for ten million dollars. She said yes. He then asked if she would do it for $50. She said "What do I look like, a prostitute?" to which he responded "We've already established that you will sleep with me for money, we're just negotiating price now."

Enormous implications.

She deserves every penny that loony she married had. His sons can find their own rich widows to fleece.
