WWL-TV in NOLA says they will resume 24 hr. hurricane/special report flooding broadcasting this morning at 11 AM Central, not a good sign...

As for KLPC in Lake Charles, their streaming is now down while they complete evacuating. It will be back when they can set up in a secure area.

Drive a stake next to it so you can tie it off. This way you will puncture the water line, have to turn the water off, and you can safely cut off the offending pipe.
