I heard this today and it is BULL!#$%. The government of NO and the people who get their monthly hand out check are trying to get the heat of them. A lot of people are risking their lives working in NO and these people still want to hand this trash out, because they don't want to lose the government money that alot of us are getting tired of paying in taxes. I do mean taxes not the money alot of people have donate to athe area for the help for the damage Katrina caused.
