I just saw the same Mayor on the evening news, along with the Governor or ...ness, and all were smiley-faced and hand-shakin' since W was in-person and on the ground with them. Obviously, the Mayor can't handle pressure too well. Imagine the situation if W panicked in that manner, considering the full plate he's got.
Mr. Mayor...You may want to consider resigning for the benefit of your constituency.
