We need an independent investigation. I'm betting that Sharpton told the driver to speed, in which case, Sharpton should have been arrested as an accessory.

The Reverend Al Sharpton's driver is free on bail after sheriff's deputies say he was arrested for driving 110 miles per hour on an Ellis County highway near Waxahachie. So... that's how he gets his hair to look that way.

Why is Al standing on a chair?

Whatever. Going 110 MPH somehow makes it DWB, huh?

I will bet that the Ellis County Deputey is one of the guys that raped and rubbed feces on Twany Brawley and stopped Al Dullton to get even with him.

Certain parts of Texas don't look too kindly on dandies who pomade their hair.

Actually, having lived in Dallas for a few years, you have to drive that fast to keep from getting rear-ended....

Going 110mph with a joint in one hand and a loaded pistol in the other is still DWB in Rev's world.

Why is Al standing on a chair? Makes him look tall, dontcha think?
It's for that "Frankly, my dear, I don't give a damn" moment.

~LOL~ I have an ex-brother-in-law who is a Texas State Trooper -- he would ticket his own mother!

This is why one should never buy a former rental car.

Here is Al's defense
Texas is twice as big as anywhere so driving 110 there is the same as driving 55 some where else.
