Last year we had an accident here when 4 young men were killed when their car was slammed by a drunk driver who was speeding and went through a stop sign. One of the guys had just returned from a tour of duty in Iraq.

The drunk driver's attorney (liar for hire) is trying every under-handed thing to get him off. I support efforts made to keep drunk drivers off the road. If I were foolish enough to get in the car and drive drunk, I'd want to know before I harm someone.

Anyone who gets an orgasm from ever tighter central control over the serfs. OTOH, those kind of people may NOT like this kind of thing for themselves, as they usually build in an exception for themselves.

And actually, the coded key thing doesn't sound too bad, because it gives additional control to the rightful owner, rather than diminishing that control.

Oh, and what about states that have a BAL level different than 0.08? If it's higher, Vulva could be liable if someone's inability to start their car made them a victim of crime or got them killed. If it's lower, and Vulva has even touched the issue of the car maker testing the person's BAL, they could be liable to accident victims if the person's BAL was illegal but still below 0.08%.

Is there anyway to stop SMOKING drivers?

They'd probably be pretty grateful if you put them out.

Volvos have always been known to be the car of choice for liberals, who desire a nanny state to take care of them.

I don't know. What about VW Beetles and vans?
