I think Pres. Bush would have millions more passionate supporters on the ground in Iraq if we were fighting to disperse the vast wealth of Iraq to the Iraq people as the Czech Republic did with government owned property following the collapse of communist rule. But that might put pressure on his friend Vincent Fox to institute a similar policy for Pemex and similar assets of the Mexican government. What would happen to illegal immigration if Mexicans had to stay in Mexico to keep their shares in Pemex?
