Sometime in the future, after Congress gives the CAFTA bureaucracy more power, it may very well end up being up to the CAFTA bureaucracy, whether or not Wal Mart should be allowed to have your land.

In some cases, that's true, but not at that particular company. They had enough other work to keep the employees occupied. All that we were spinning off was an older product line.
