It wouldn't surprise me if he has serial number one...

Does the alarm go off when the planets are all lined up?

"...you snooze you lose."

I'm not worried, my get-rich-quick irrigation plan is foolproof!

Noooo.... just saw one at J.C. Penney and liked it. :-)

That wouldn't be colonic irrigation, would it? If so, you may have a chance.

I'll wager you've read the Heinlein novel, "Have Space-Suit, Will Travel."

Do you wear the wrist-watch inside, or outside the space-suit?

Oh yes. :-) Do you wear the wrist-watch inside, or outside the space-suit?

I would seriously doubt this thing is vacuum proof. :-)

On a side note. I have always wanted a space suit ever since reading that novel back in grade school. Sigh, almost 50 and still don't have one. LOL!

No, something more along the lines of Colonial irrigation.

I would mount it inside the helmet, but then, I'm near-sighted. I'd have to look over my glasses to see it, so it would have to be mounted on the "visor" assembly.

Best space-suit for our purposes would be the half-shell kind that opens along the back like a door. Very difficult to maneuver with in gravity, but easy to put on and take off, with wide variances for size.

I'd build it so that it is also a simulator, and you could train for the mission right inside the suit. Total immersion given a different meaning.

It would be easy to make such a suit display stereo-vision and sound, and even motion limit your movements to give a very realistic entertainment or training scenario.

Shut up, Barney. We're not going to implement socialized medicine. Just get over it.

He's saying the right thing for the wrong reason. Why the flock are we talking about spending this much money when Uncle Sam can't even live on his current Visa card spending limit?

Barney doesn't want to balance the checkbook, he wants to bust it by increasing spending on programs he likes.
