I believe that Schippers met with Davis and became convinced that there was a terrorist connection concerning the Oklahoma City bombing. He even went so far as to say that a terrorist attack was certain in the United States - prior to 9/11.

I just reached Senator Inhofe's office and asked that he read your book, look into Rep. Rohrabacher's investigation into OKC and join him in that endeavor.

Congressman Istook said they heard there was a thread from some Islamic extremist group operating in Oklahoma City and they were going to try to bomb the federal building in Oklahoma City.

He admits they "blew it" and does not want the investigation re-opened.
