Hi onyx. It sure answers a lot of questions for me. I'll bet they really didn't want this information getting out. Also Paul Van der S. in the interview with Greta said he IS a Judge. Well turns out he was turned down. He is NOT a Judge. He is a bloody LIAR!!

As per an earlier post of mine today, IIRC, early on the cop that arrested Joran, said,

"How can I arrest this boy? He's the son of my best friend."

Some one claimed to have, but, some posters don't seem to believe him. We'll see. Now, they're talking about the lies the aruban authorities have told. Turns out joran isn't getting interrogated everyday.

Another poster who was defending aruban authorities constantly, said the PM has just asked for more fbi, and resources put to this. "Happy now?" She asks? LOL! Yes! (If true)

My incident happened in 1969 (telling my age!). I didn't have a problem smooching the guy, but that wasn't enough for him. Since that was a different era and I'd never been around guys who who didn't act like gentlemen around girls, I was in complete shock when he abandoned me.

Natalee strikes me as being a naive girl too who was used to socializing with circle of friends that consisted of nice boys. She obviously thought she could trust Joran, especially after mingling with him on more than one occassion that week. Bad mistake.

Hey CO! Yep, for me, that God son stuff answered a whole lot of questions and you're right about catching P in that lie. Well, this whole investigation is too damn incestuous: the judge connection and now this Godfather connection.

To those folks, Natalee is just an expendable American tourist girl who "led him astray." I'm sorry to say that, but it's the only explanation I can come up with. Something went terribly wrong and she died and whomever was with her, got rid of her. In my mind it all points to nobody but JVDS and he might have had help from his father or the two brothers. I mean, CO, why lie from the get go if all he did was leave her on the beach to fend for herself?

That's what bugs me the most Howlin. All the time that these incompetent idiots (Aruban police) gave for evidence to be destroyed. I think this kid wasn't arrested for 10 days. Sure they put these guys under surveillance and seized cell phone and email records but not right away. The father I thought looked like he was sitting on tacks. The sweating really was PROFUSE. Also, Greta said he continually kept wringing his hands. This is really sad. It has been bungled so badly and these people surely do need God's help.

An honest person would not lie and change their story and have their friends lie, either.

I just got off phone with Mickey John. Greta was at his house today and he may be on tonight. I asked him if deepak told him/said "I never shoulda lef her w/Joran" HE SAID NO _ NEVER. Deepak did say to him that he and Saish dropped NH and Joran off at the Marriot afer he lighthouse. Then Deepak said he and Satish went home. The whole thing he said about Holiday Inn was a lie that the VDS "family" made up and asked Deepak and Satish to agree to. As far as what Deepak meant by the VDS "family" he doesn't know if it includes "Tom Dick or Harry" to quote Mickey John. Also Mickey did believe that Deepak was telling truth. Deepak was sorry to have supported the family lie as it landed him in jail. I may miss show..KERIN if u see it let me know? Thanx

Exactly right DJ. Heck, even a scared kid would admit to leaving the girl alone on the beach "IF" that's what really happened, and that same scared kid would have joined the search for her too.

Well, fine. People sweat differently. Men tend to sweat more than women. And anybody would sweat in the situation they were in.

Ha! Thanks for the info on Gingersnaps. No, I wasn't offended at all.

I have great respect for LEOs and former LEOs. One of my favorites is Mark Fuhrman. But, Fuhrman was wrong about the Jessica Lunsford case. Based on his law enforcement expertise (and his gut feelings, I suppose), he kept pointing the finger at Jessica's dad and the rest of her family.

Turned out to be dead wrong, of course.
