No worries. I'm raising my son to be a 'troglodyte' like me.

At least he'll know who & what he is.

If you are a male, you are guilty.

Adam was hanging around the garden of Eden feeling very lonely.

So, God asked him, "What's wrong with you?"

Adam said he didn't have anyone to talk to.

God said that He was going to make Adam a companion and that it would be a woman.

He said, "This pretty lady will gather food for you, she will cook for you, and when you discover clothing, she will wash it for you.

She will always agree with every decision you make and she will not nag you, and will always be the first to admit she was wrong when you've had a disagreement. She will praise you!

She will even bear your children, and never ask you to get up in the middle of the night to take care of them.

"She will NEVER have a headache and will freely give you love and passion whenever you need it."

Adam asked God, "What will a woman like this cost?"

God replied, "An arm and a leg."

Then Adam asked, "What can I get for a rib?"

Of course the rest is history......................

Good, save him for my daughter! Even in small ways, men are maligned. You'd think the only cancer out there was breast cancer, but men die of prostate cancer at almost equal rates, but it's never talked about. As a woman, I'm glad the breast cancer research is being done, but I also have a father, brothers & a husband that I would like see to a ripe old age.

And I also get sick of the way men are portrayed as idiots on t.v. & advertising too.

Indeed, the author “…cried when I read how our young sons are degraded in school through the feminization efforts espoused by and, unfortunately, implemented by the female dominated educational system.”

Cried? Cried?

Professor, heal thyself!

The latest being the commercial from Verizon(?) with the cool childless couple laughing at dads sporting silly fathers day ties, etc.

Although I understand its not considered 'manly' by some to complain, I hafta wonder where things will be when my son is my age.

Only a homo would write such a book.

(tongue firmly planted in cheek - with a side of seriousness to go)

Semi-declared nothing. It's in-your-face and ugly.

I have to watch TV commercials where mom & daughter are rolling their eyes over what an idiot dad is. TV shows always portray men as bumbling idiots who can't treat their women right because their stupid, ignorant male tendencies get in the way. At the end of the show, they have a good laugh because the woman appreciates the effort even though her man is an idiot who can't do anything right.

In custody hearings, the man is nothing more than a paycheck. It's automatically assumed that the woman can take better care of the kids. For a guy to have custody, the woman has to be dead or in jail.

In the workplace, men have to fight tooth-and-nail for promotion. A company has to justify not promoting a woman, and it better be airtight. If not, it's automatically sexual discrimination. Almost every profession is having a drive to increase women in management positions even though it means promoting people who are less competent (because the focus is no longer merit, it's now based on beating the bushes and wooing in somebody who doesn't have a penis). I know from personal experience that the military is putting blindingly incompetent women into leadership positions in order to fill the right squares and keep EEO off their ass.

so true, 'specially on the commercials - men are always made out to be dorks, it seems.

It's why I don't watch TV, save for sci fi & war/action movies, and football games (Go JETS!!!!)

It's automatically assumed that the woman can take better care of the kids.

There is a lot of that, even around here. Many think women were, how can I say, designed to do this and have a natural ability and affinity to do it better than men. I'm with you, though.

Glad you liked it. Rec'd that this morning from my 75 year old Indiana auntie. Of course, she suggested I email it to all the women I know, but this post seemed a good place to put it. :)

As a female, sll I have ever wanted men to do is live by the same rules that have been held up as desirable in a 'good woman' i.e. fidelity, honesty, virtue, and honor. It completely discredits any criticism a man has against a women if he is adulterous, promiscuous, a liar, and a cheat. For me, that is the bottom line of true feminism, and the idea of 'going back to the way it was before' is particularly reprehensible, because all that really existed then was that boys were boys, and girls better shape up or they deserve what they get.

As for the feminazis, I despise them.

I am raising my boy to be politically active, mentally alert and "Old School Southern gentleman" If the feminists take offense to having a door opened for them though. Chivalry is NOT dead and my son will carry it into the future despite the raging radical femnazi's. He thinks its great to pi$$ them off.

Oh, and the real troglydytes are teh women who are NOT teaching their sons how to treat women. They are the first exposure they have to women, and I am deeply appalled at how negligent women are in teaching their sons how to respect women. Their poor father's have been forced into teaching them how to defend themselves against women, which is really really sad.

Sort of explains why violence against women is on the rise.
