"insurgent torture chamber"
There's that word again, "insurgent".
Such a nice heroic term, kind of like revolutionary.
Moose, dont make garafalo work at Wal Mart. I can avoid her crappy movies, but I love Wal Mart...
Our folksput some drawers on some prisoner's heads and make them walk around naked, form human pyramids, and take pictures - it's a WAR CRIME>
THe Terrorists in Iraq literally electrocute and cut a prisoner in an effort to torture him and we hear basically nothing.
Our own media and a sizable portion of our illustrious leaders are so anti-American that they should be charged with treason. I'm so sick and tired of it.
Thanks a lot! I just spewed my tea all over the keyboard and monitor! BUt that's hillarious!!!! BUt I think teddy is looking a bit emaciated in that photo - not quite up to his usual healthy rotundness.
Looks like he just fell down a lot to me.
Seeing that he has no underwear on his head, and is not shown with any fellow captives in a pyramid, this is not constituted as torture.
I'm thinking he'd rather be at gitmo then at a terrorists prison
Good one.
Janeane Garofolo? Working at Wal-Mart? She'd kill herself first.
Stop giggling.

I will never understand the GOP's reluctance to fight just as hard as the Demos. And frankly, this is the problem with having a less-than-articulate President; Bush doesn't have the skill to consistently get his point across. I said it before and will say it again, without fear of contradiction: George W. Bush is the worst public-speaking President in the history of recorded sound.
I don't think his father, Reagan, or Nixon would have any problem speaking up about something like what Durbin said. Ford? Probably. Clinton is masterful at slicing up the GOP (employing gross exaggerations and outright lies, of course) while making it seem like he is above the political fray and still is everybody's friend. They don't call him Slick Willie for nuttin', honey.
he won't resign,
True.
this'll all go down the memory hole in a couple of days.
This is all on tape and can be used to remind the public of what Dems really believe. Durbin is now an albatross around the Dems shoulders. Using the 'N' word is the ultimate political insult. Now what can the Dems use to villify a great President?
