Cosby's exit also does not bode well for Geraldo Rivera, who was hired by FNC after 9/11 as a war correspondent but lately has also been confined to the weekend shift in the hour that followed Cosby. Rivera, slaving at a reported $2 million a year, more than Rita, is also nearing the end of a contract. According to Geraldo his contract has been renewed for four more years. He revealed this little tidbit while doing a promo for his weekend show with one of the daytime anchor types on FNC within the last week. Argh--four more years of Geraldo.

"Something", as opposed to "someone"?
To: sarasota
That's what she just said. "Something." But then she went on to say that the rumor is that the boy has been found alive. Lots of activity, she says.

I have been following this also. These disappearances of our children are getting overwhelmingly sad. It seems, this year, there have been so many of them.
I am so upset about the news that because of something improper done in the arrest of Couey (Jessica Lunsford's murderer) that he might not get severe punishment. Some have even speculated he might get set free!! Which I doubt, but it is very frustrating - maddening!!!
The suffering of all these parents must end.

My daughter has an AOL account for Instant Messenger set up on one of my office computers as she assists me part time. The username and password are held in memory and I can log on to her account at any time. That's why they tell you to not use the 'remember my password/screen name.

WOOOO!
Deputies report him condition Alpha (fair)!!
Life Flight can't find a LZ close to the rescuers... they'll land downhill a bit from him. It's hard to tell the distance from the scout camp by scanner.
Lily Lake area. Six miles from camp.

Perhaps Mr. Twitty should take a polygraph and challenge the radio station to put the same pressure on Mr. vdS. Not a bad idea. Call their bluff.

FOX's Sam Sheppard said "Make him an Eagle Scout." Amazingly he has survived 48 hrs out alone there. AMEN to this. I am so relieved another family is not enduring a long, drawn out search with a tragic ending. Now I can eat lunch!
