That said, this is a political website. His comments were, at their core, political, if offensive. It's my understanding that political speech is particularly protected by the First Amendment, and broad latitude is given to the speaker.

I don't think he's the one that actually blurred them out. I've seen the pics before, usually as a result of someone posting links on IRC, the specific ones that he posted are pretty well known among internet sickos.
I suspect the cretin that posts this cr*p is probably reading this thread and getting his jollies.
I'm usually of the theory of ignoring the bully. Once he sees he's not getting any attention, he becomes bored and goes away.
That said, I'd love to see this piece of subhuman filth prosecuted. This has been going on for far too long.
