It's amazing how Democrat lies get taken for truth even here.
No, exit polls did NOT show Kerry in a landslide. Someone simply created an internet rumor that the first couple hours worth of exit poll data showed Kerry in a landslide. It was a poorly constructed hoax, with the state of Michigan even listed twice with bizarrely different data.
The official exit polls announced by the news media were very much on target with the actual results.
The big news is that 92 of the 94 seats lost went to the Tories. The anti-war Liberals gained only two seats, upping their share to a still measly 54 seats.
