Apparently Tom Tancredo is the latest person to be declared a "RINO" because they are upset at the incompetent, spend-thrifty leadership of both parties in Congress. I'd much rather have an honest conservative like Tancredo than a corrupt, spend-thrifty "Republican" like DeLay creating "Prescription Medicare" and expanding government as much as they can.

I think running from the enemy is a bad move in general. I haven't followed the DeLay situation, but it sure seems as though he is innocent, which makes Tancredo, my rep, out of line. NEVER run from trumped charges as that is what the liberals want. I still fully support Tancredo, I just wish that paticular statement was in better context or not said at all.

The headline is a total distortion. Nowhere did Tancredo ask Delay to Quit. He said temporarily step aside so the trumped up charges can be investigated. A huge difference. An alternative headline could just have easily been Conservative Lawmaker calls charges "Tumped Up".
