Michael Schiavo will, no doubt, convince Judge Greer to forbid the Schindlers from having any sort of memorial service.
While we may never know if Michael Schiavo might have beaten Terri and caused her "collapse," there are a couple of things he HAS admitted (which should, at the very least, have called into question his fitness for guardianship) :
- Michael Schiavo admitted he refused antibiotics for an infection Terri had contracted because he hoped the infection would would cause her to die;
-Michael Schiavo euthanized Terri's two cats shortly after her "collapse"; and
- Michael Schiavo destroyed Terri's engagement and wedding bands in order to make a new ring for himself.

(Note: The veterinarian who performed the euthanasia of Terri's pets came forward to say there was never any suggestion from Terri's mother that this be done and only Mr. Schiavo's insistence.)
Michael Schiavo was dead-set, so to speak, to obliterate Terri, and everything she owned or loved, from the face of the earth. Sadly he succeeded.
A sick, twisted idea that she was his and his alone, even in death.

Terri had only one family, and they were loving and loyal to her to the end. They demonstrated the 13th chapter of 1 Corinthians, to us all. Let us take heed.

Actually... considering the type of evil, vengeful bass turd that
Mikey really is... I would have expected him to send Terri's
parents the tightly braided frizzly hair of a black woman... stating
that it was a lock of Terri's hair rescued from the crematorium !!!
The girl that Mikey followed, and followed, and followed, and
finally ran off the road has testified. The other girl has refused to
testify, stating that she is afraid Mikey will kill her if she does !!!
A lock of baby hair is useless; if she was being given illegal substances, it would only show up in hair after the fact. The Schindlers were pretty much under guard every time they saw Terri, so it's unlikely they could have cut her hair.
Oh...so the Schindler's didn't want the hair for sentimental purposes; they wanted it for forensic purposes? Kinda' hard to believe that someone couldn't have cut off a bit of hair w/ a pocketknife or small pair of scissors. Or collected strands from a pillowcase or Terri's hairbrush.

I have no idea if they wanted her hair, or what they wanted it for. I was replying to the speculation presented (i.e., chemical analysis). If her hair was refused them, I can think of no reason other than a) Michael Schiavo is continuing to be a spiteful jackass or b) he is concerned about any future testing that could be done on strands of her hair.

It's well-known there were allegations of abuse, and Michael Schiavo tried for some time to do away with Terri until Greer finally paved that last mile for him. Nurses have claimed there were times he was alone with Terri, that her physical reactions afterward led them to believe he'd injected her with insulin or drugs.
may the world finally see the full extent of what has been hidden, and allowed to be hidden, for so long.

BEFORE ME the undersigned authority personally appeared CAROLYN JOHNSON who being first duly sworn deposes and says:
1. My name is Carolyn Johnson, I am over the age of 18 years and make this statement on personal information.
2. I used to work at Sabal Palms nursing home in Largo, for a period of about two years. I actually was employed by a nursing agency and was placed at Sabal Palms as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). I believe the events related here occurred in about 1993.
3. During this assignment I took care of Terri Schiavo several times. The first time I saw her my duties were being explained to me by the nurse on duty. Terri Schiavo was lying in bed. Another patient, also a young woman about the same age and in the same condition, was sitting up in a chair, with a drink cup and straw in front of her.
4. I asked why Terri was not up in a chair, too. I learned, as part of my training, that there was a family dispute and that the husband, as guardian, wanted no rehabilitation for Terri. This surprised me, as I did not think a guardian could go against a doctor's orders like that, but I was assured that a guardian could and that this guardian had gone against Terri's doctor's orders.
5. No one was allowed to just go in and see Terri. Michael had a visitors list. We all knew that we would lose our jobs if we did not do exactly what Michael said to do.
6. I remember seeing Michael Schiavo only once the entire time I worked at Sabal Palms, but we were all aware that Terri was not to be given any kind of rehabilitative help, per his instructions. Once, I wanted to put a cloth in Terri's hand to keep her hand from closing in on itself, but I was not permitted to do this, as Michael Schiavo considered that to be a form of rehabilitation.
7. This entire experience made me look hard at nursing homes. After about two years, I quit this job, because I was so disillusioned with the way Terri was treated. Someone somewhere along the way should have reported this.
