You're welcome
Sleep well now and know that the Holy Father is thinking of all who are thinking and praying for him.
Thanks you so very much bd.
I am still worried,
but peaceful enough to get some sleep.
Call me if anything happens.
I'll send my cell number to you in FR
mail in case you misplaced it. :)
I think Petronski is right.
He's trying to wait til Sunday.
But I know when God calls him, he'll go,
but not a second sooner. I know he's
talking with God as I type.
I'm going to sleep as well. I'll see if I can make it to a miraculous medal service in the morning before work.
Thank you .. I had a hard time understanding what all they were saying

Vatican Announcement - Saturday, April 2, 10:30 AM (Rome Time)
Fox news | April 2, 2005
This time I REALLY am going to bed!
The audio was rough, sounded like some electrical interference, poor microphones, the Vatican representative speaking in Italian in the background and the translator had too weak of a voice to cut through.
What an awe inspiring moment when it was reported that he said "I've been looking for you and now you've come to me... "
Anytime, Mo1 you are welcome.
Welcome.
It occurs to me that the last blessing the Pope will give us is that the Gospel is being broadcast over all of the networks. The interviews with priests and other people who knew the Pope has been very inspiring and comforting. I think this is a blessing in the midst of our sadness.
Good morning. My computer kept crashing and I had to reboot.
They have been broadcasting locally the interview with Cardinal Roger Mahony, and how Cardinal Mahony found the Pope to be very down to earth, very humble.
Thank you Meg. Hope you get some restful sleep. :)
Fox News just reported that Italy has suspended all public sporting events for this weekend, including soccer.
Oh that is wonderful news, Miss Marple. I don't know why that makes me happy, because didn't he play soccer when he was younger?
Kate--- I found this response to be the clearest. THere is so much mystery to the church... I love it!
Vatican ends mystery of the third prophecy of Fatima
"...In a dramatic revelation, the Vatican disclosed on Saturday that the so-called third secret of Fatima foretold the 1981 assassination attempt on Pope John Paul II.
The Roman Catholic Church revealed the prophecy during a ceremony in Fatima, Portugal, in which Pope John Paul II beatified two children who said the Virgin Mary spoke to them in Fatima several times in 1917.
The ceremony coincided with the 19th anniversary of the attempted assassination of John Paul and the 83rd anniversary of the day the Virgin Mary is first thought to have appeared to the children.
After years of speculation, including fears that the third vision told of apocalypse, Vatican Secretary of State Cardinal Angelo Sodano said that the "third part of the secret of Fatima" speaks of a "bishop clothed in white" who "falls to the ground, apparently dead, under a burst of gunfire."
Oh I wish I had read this sooner, Karl. Who was it?
