Looks like someone needs to watch the movie "Judgement at Nuremburg" a few times.

Roger that! Judges were tried and convicted at Nuremburg for, basically, upholding the immoral (crimes against humanity) laws of the Third Reich.

Adolf Eichmann took great pains during his trial in 1962 to explain that he was "just following orders" in coordinating the mass murder of the Jews.

An unjust law is not a real law.

An unjust ruling by a probate judge to starve and dehydrate an innocent woman to death is not a real ruling, and must be resisted.

Governor Bush needs to step up to the plate, and hit Judge Greer out of the park.

TONIGHT.

I do believe that every high school and college student as well as any government employee, judges and elected officials prior to taking office should watch Holocaust documentaries, some of the old Nazi films, and the 1978 NBC miniseries, "The Holocaust." In addition, the politicos in Washington would also have to visit the Holocaust Museum. Look how we forget.

Come, come. You can't expect Mr. Bush to stick his neck out. It might hurt his political ambitions.

This man too was "Just following orders"

"I joined the Party precisely because it was revolutionary, not because of the ideological stuff." (12/11/45)...."The whole conspiracy idea is cockeyed. We had orders to obey the head of state. We weren't a band of criminals meeting in the woods in the dead of night to plan mass murders...The four real conspirators are missing: The Fuhrer, Himmler, Bormann, and Goebbels."

Goering, Hermann
Reichsmarschall and Luftwaffe (Air Force) Chief; President of Reichstag; Director of "Four Year Plan"

If you think it's such a great idea, why aren't you down there breaking the law to save Terry. You expect others to do, yet you don't do it.

Are you a good German?

Nuremburg was good for holding the leadership accountable, the officers. I don't honestly know how average soldiers were treated.

I can't believe Jeb pussed out. I know everyone has moral failings, but such men shouldn't be governors.

Let's see; it consists of Party A and Party B, not necessarily in that order, and the last Party on his/her/its feet owns the other Party.
