When someone is able to properly determine which of his elders deserves respect, the rule no longer applies
Was it up to Linda Tripp to tape Monica? Who appointed her to be a PI? HUH?
Does this give this child the authority now to refuse everything that a faculty member asks of him?
Of course it depends. Their authority is limited. On school grounds they set and enforce rules. Off grounds, they can't tell a student what he/she can/can't do, especially if they aren't breaking the law. Are you suggesting that children have to obey school faculty 24/7, regardless of circumstances? Surely, you can't be making such an absurd pronouncement. What if a school lets the female students know where they can go to get an abortion, and a student opposed to abortion sets up an anti-abortion website. Isn't that "undermining the school's authority"? By your reasoning, wouldn't you support them telling the student that she's suspended until she takes her anti-abortion website down?
Still think students should blindly follow corrupt school authorities at all times?
And you also want to shoot the messenger, and ignore the message. She got caught breaking the law. Period. Just deal with that and ignore the rest. I'm trying to follow your logic here...are you suggesting that people who are caught breaking the law should not face punishment IF they can show that the whistle-blower didn't like them? That's laughable. Can you imagine court rulings on such reasoning? "Well, your honor, yes, my client was caught on video tape spray painting obsceneties on his neighbor's house; however, we believe we can prove that his neighbor doesn't like him very much, which of course will exonerate my client of any wrong-doing".
In the matter of the student and the principal, WHO is the law breaker? Hmmm? Evidently, this principal had been violating this law every day for a long time. She was asking for trouble. Other teachers did not report her, or if they did, they were ignored. Finally, it was up to student to report her. Good for him. This principal is no more an innocent victim than a corrupt cop who doesn't obey the laws he/she enforcees.
If you don't want to be caught breaking the law, don't break the law. If you don't like a law and refuse to obey it, don't put yourself in the position of enforcing that law on others.
And Socialists hate a smarta**.
They also lie.
There is no indication in the story about the student's motive.
And could we cease refering to anyone old enough to join the Marines as a "child". It's a bit Sarah Brady.
Which is why it is good to show the hypocricy of "zero-tolerance" socialist thugs who run the public schools.
I'll bet you $100 this one is a a lesbo to boot. Give the kid a medal.
Oh, teachers' images are no sacred? Are they afraid pictures will steal their souls?
That is one of the most ridiculous things I have ever heard.
But isn't the main issue that you need to take a remedial spelling class?:^)
LOL. Yes, of course. Anything to distract one from the fact that the principal was caught breaking the law (after evidently doing it on a regular basis). ;-)
No. It was the story of a man who had a dishonoring and haughty attitude, was shown the error of his ways, and learned to love those in authority over him.
Idiot principal took a local incident and made it national news in an attempt to hide from what she did.
Looks like a reverse case of who is the adult and who is the child.
And develop a fondness for rodents too!
What did the kid do wrong? NOTHING!
"It's not the crime. It's the attempt to cover it up" is bidding to be one of the eternal verities.
Yup, sure it. It's rather ironcial that the kid should probably get what he wants (principal fired) NOT because he accused her of being racist without evidence and NOT because he caught her breaking a minor law, but because of what she did to retaliate. Would I be proud to call her my kid's principal? LOL Hardly. I dare say that even the people defending her here wouldn't be overjoyed to have her as their kid's principal.
Yep, we just call it diversity training.
So typical to bring abortion into this...b/c in the end you're only comparing apples to oranges. Linda Tripp...LOL... what a ridiculous comparison. Let's see a kid publicly accusing a faculty member of racism with no proof but a cigarette butt and a stained dress...hmmmm maybe Linda Tripp actually had more proof than this kid did, because she actually was vindicated for what she was originally trying to prove.
He's hardly some hero, and I look forward to all of you bitching about him when he leads up the La Raza campaigns on college campuses.
Yawn. The recent change in the law only extended the area from 25 feet to 50 feet. Standing outside the door is well within 25 feet. My point still stands.
Secondly this event has just emboldened this student to stalk other faculty members as well...including some guy by the name of Mr.Hunt.
Stalking? You are kidding right? Taking pictures of someone engaged in illegal activity is considered stalking on what planet again? And your proof that the student is stalking Mr. Hunt or anyone else is???
The rest of your rant hardly deserves comment as you failed completely to answer any of the questions.
WHO broke the law and WHO abused their authority? Can you actually deal with that?
