The American Judiciary - A murder of judges who will forever be defined in 2005 as a homosexual
eager-to-murder-the-innocent-and-helpless-by-starvation coven
ever-eager to also help terrorists, murderers and rapists attack American citizens.
HEALTHFUL DRINKS AND WARM MEALS SINCE THE ORDER-TO-MURDER-AN-INVALID BY JUDGE GREER
Murderer-At-Will Judge Greer 29
......................... Terri Shiavo 0
.......................... Lee Malvo 24
.......................... Scott Peterson 24
That should read Whittemore.
I passed it on to Admin to try and get if fixed before you get 1,000 posts telling you about the error, WCC. I foul up on the keyboard all the time, so I know the feeling.
Thanks.
What is this one about?????
And the Civil Rights thing..what's going on with it????
I wish I could be optimistic about this, but this judge has turned them down before. So very sad.
Sad to say I think it is over for Terri.
Unless Jeb goes in with the State Police and takes her away I don't see where she is going to make it.
I don't think Jeb is willing to do this.
Just a matter of time now...sad.
What if Terri was black or homosexual?
It seems unlikely the judge will do anything other than what he and all the rest of the "legal" system have been doing - backing each other up. For the legal system, the issue is simple: Does the legal branch have superior authority over the legislative and executive branches? The only answer they will entertain is YES. While there are some judges who can read and follow the Constitution and have a conscience, the majority are only concerned with the supremacy of the legal branch.
There is no concern as to whether Terri Schiavo is being tortured in the process of murdering her. None whatsoever. Zero, Nada, Zip. There is no concern as to whether there is what is defined as a conspiracy to violate her civil rights or murder her. None whatsoever. Zero, Nada, Zip.
The issue here is clear: Does the legal branch have superior authority over the legislative and executive branches? The only answer they will entertain is YES.
There is no system of checks and balances in a government where the legal branch has no one to report to. Particularly when they turn their back on God and the Constitution.
Remember, there is no Justice in the Legal System, only legality.
A state judge? It is the SAME state judge!!!
As much as I like the Gov Bush, he is going to have a hard time of it.
If Terri dies.
Why?
Because for many, many people when he spoke as he did yesterday, he held out what may prove to be false hope.
It's false hope because the statutes say they can do what he refuses to do.
It's hard to watch when you see someone you thought would stand up, step aside.
I hope I am wrong.
I hope so much that I am wrong.
We must replace Congress with people who have guts and brains.
I was just reading where he said he wouldn't do that.
GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT.
She'd be given a multi million dollar medical treatment allowance (tax payer paid), and a Constitutional Amendment to protect people like her at all costs.
Don't forget the ability to read at the sixth grade level.
In just a few days we will all decry here deatha and then sadly we will all move on and forget about Terri. Except for the occassional reference from time to time I suspect no one will really do anything to prevent this from occuring again.
not that I want to hear from them, but I'm surprised Ironbutt and horseface (gore and kerry) haven't said anything about terri shiavo
I fear you are 100% right.
I'm not really sure what this one's about. I think this might be a rehash of yesterday's news about the court saying they wouldn't let them reinsert the feeding tube, leaving the last option of the Governor requesting some sort of hearing.
I know that the Schindlers have taken the mater up from a Civil Rights angle at the SCOTUS. I don't know the status of that case, other than the petitioning for a case from the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals goes through Justice Anthony Kennedy.
There are several end-run measures that might be a possibility that are in other threads. I think folks are hanging back to watch SCOTUS.
