I tried, but there's a copyright problem that causes FR to block it, even if I include no excerpt.... Weird
It's National Review. Go to nronline.com and read it from there, if you're that paranoid.
BTW, try hovering your mouse over what you think is a blind link, and then check the status bar at the bottom of your browser window. It'll tell you where the link is pointed.
bttt
Please come over to this thread and tell us why Dr. Cheshire is not to be believed.
that might be from The Empire Journal, then.....I know they will only allow the first paragraph of any article, with the link/title.
latest entry from the Radiologist who examined the CT codeblueblog:
want everyone to know that I am not ignoring this thread. I will try to address as many questions as I can as soon as I can. I am flying to the West Coast tomorrow so my blogging may be delayed.I have not been inactive. I've been in touch with Terri's legal team and have offered my ideas and given a deposition.
If she has hydrocephalus then she needs periodical CT's and regular shunt monitoring.
If she is NOT shunted it is my contention that there is no physician ANYWHERE who could say, definitively, that she did not have hydrocephalus at the time of that particular CT slice.
What does this mean? Everything......

oh, my goodness.
Laura is a lawyer who clerked at the Supreme Court....can't she do something?!
Michael has announced plans to have Terri's body cremated immediately upon her death. The Medical Examiner has the authority to order an autopsy if foul play is suspected. If he waits until after her body has been cremated, it will obviously be too late. Contact him now.

Ping to post 87, thanks for posting nicmarlo
yw.
absolutely disgusting what Greer and the "loving husband" and Felos has done to Terri, is it not?
Sickening is the word that comes to mind.
A mindblower?
If the good guys don't do anything and Terri dies, it won't matter, will it?
It'll all get covered up, won't it?
That's why they all want Terri dead.
I'm not-so-quietly having a fit.
My husband says I do not understand how this is playing out.
He says it very important that it be done without any mess ups, at all.
He said while our side (the good guys) are lining up the ducks the bad guys are, too.
Like that is calming me.
After 17 years of marriage, I think that man should realize I don't 'calm' very easily!
Nicmarlo, exactly what is being petitioned at the SCOTUS? I can't figure out what is up there, now.
And think of all the money the long term care insurance companies are going to save. They'll probably be offering a discount to people with a living will or with an angry husband. Of course everybody who lives in Florida will get long term care insurance for half-price.
I pray that is true; my doubts, however, are setting in. Petition to SCOTUS, I would assume, is the appeal that was denied in Atlanta....that this the tube be reinserted and that a new trial be granted. I have read that Kennedy, who is in charge of the area for accepting or rejecting appeals has already stated his adamant opposition to accepting appeals regarding this matter. Where I read that, I can't remember. I may be wrong, but I believe it is HIS sole discretion to accept or reject the petition.
If President Bush and Gov Bush can let this happen, then we have BECOME a third world nation.
I hope my husband is correct and all will be fine for Terri.
Holy God, with trepidation we ask for justice for Terri.
We know the battle for good and evil has been enjoined.
Help us, Please.
I'm so happy for you! People occasionally pay me for my opinion as well. I was polite before, but since you threw in an attitude, I find your claim that this 7-page affadavit is essentially nothing but objectionable hearsay to be completely laughable.
Regards.
