They are trying to time her murder for Good Friday.

So very sad. I don't thing anything has ever got me so riled up like this has. It's judicial murder and it seems the whole world is sleeping. And for those of us who aren't & ARE speaking out, it seems hopeless still. But then again, isn't that what the Bible says would happen in the end days? The disciples were asking Jesus when the end would come; when would He come back & take up his earthly kingdom? and Jesus replied:

Luk 17:28 Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded;
Luk 17:29 But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all.
Luk 17:30 Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed.

All I can say is I hope everyone is right with the Lord and holds no offense against anyone. We need to pray for our enemies so God is free to deal with their hearts. If we don't, we hold them in bondage & God can't reach them. We need to pray that, although we are all upset over this happening, we should release it to the Lord to take for us (the burden is heavy for us, but LIGHT to Him!)

God knows what is happening to Terri... I have to believe that He is sustaining her & keeping her free from pain. I want to see God heal her (here on this Earth!) but whatever happens, we have to release it into God's hands. God himself said, "Vengeance is MINE, saith the Lord." Every one of us... even those judges... will stand before the Lord one day & have to take responsibility for all the wrong we've done to others. Believe me.. I'd like nothing more than to go straight to that hospice place & take Terri out of there myself. And I know many of you would, too! And I have to say I am really guilty of saying this prayer... "Lord, I know we don't need signs, wonders & miracles, but PLEASE GOD, SHOW UP & SHOW OFF SO EVERYONE WILL BELIEVE IN YOU!" But He doesn't do things our way... I wish Terri would just sit up in the bed & say, "What's wrong with you all? I'm hungry! Give me some food!" Hey... maybe instead of her dying on Friday, maybe we'll see a miracle on RESURRECTION DAY!!! Oh wouldn't that be awesome?!! Go God! :)

So, you have nothing substantial to use in defense of your side of the argument. No facts, just the same braindead let's kill her, she's a waste of body, I know more than God, the water is ice cold, why should I dive in to save that child, she's probably already dead mentality?

It was Judicial Activism by the Federal Court to ignore (without challenging) legislation that was intended to bring about a new hearing of Fact, but instead decided on it's own to act as an appellate court.

The actual appellate courts are just doing their jobs, however Whitmore hearing an appeal. He, like Judge Greer, are using their judicial discretion...under law, to destroy a human life without a complete hearing of fact as it stands today.

Activism? Maybe not, however it is Judicial Tyranny if we don't real them in.
