I totally agree. They are stalling again, waiting for Terri to die. They all make me sick. I'm no longer worried about politics. Terri's life is more important than defending the NON=DEFENSIBLE.
TERRI IS IN TORTURE AND HORRIBLE PAIN. I despise the people who are responsible for this. They all need to be prosecuted outside of Florida. Obviously Florida thinks it's just fine to Starve Terri to death.

Terri is at least minimally conscious and it would be wrong to remove her nutrition.PVS was a misdiagnosis.
He noted that in Hammesfahr's exam when they rolled Terri and said he was going to poke her, that she moaned apparently in anticipation of pain. He believes Terri knows waht is going on around her.
she's been 5 days without and lacks capacity to consent to emergency protective services and must trust someone to act for her.
How medicine and society choose to act toward Terri will influence what kind of people we will be as a society.

You know, I'm not sure that nancy is all for Terri, I thought she was mostly in the middle somewhere on this issue. Is she starting to change her mind?
Watch the show later and see...about a week ago or so she wasn't totally for Terri, she is now...they are all starting to see the facts coming out...even today, O'Reilly a minute ago reading his email...when someone said that this was Terri's wish and she had three witness say that this was her wish..Bill said, "that's not true, the only witnesses were Michael, her brother and his sister in law" and he even put up a thing from that guardian ad litem that wrote that the testimony was hearsay and was more beneficial to Michael's financial gain! Bill said that there is no evidence that this is Terri's wish...a few days ago he was saying the opposite...
