Good point. But be careful analyzing this. Legaleagle and others could accuse you, as he just did me, of having no faith in God and needing to read my Bible about God's miracles. All because I analyzed who is doing what and why in the current situation Terri is suffering in. Or else, maybe you will be more fortunate and it will be aimed only at me, not you, for some reason, even though you are doing the same thing I am.
Judge George Greer attended today's hearing.
I think he may be. It's so hard to tell. I'm antsy, but not freaking. I'm hoping we'll get a ruling sooner than we guess.
Still, I wish he had just ruled in favor of reinserting the tube, and figured out everything else later.
correction..Hitler
That's absolutely right. I waded through the thing online and posted some of it awhile back. It lists PVS patients and that's why it's imperative to their claims that Terri is "vegetative".
But Schiavos argument falls apart because in 1990 when she collapsed, neither she nor anyone else thought feeding tubes were anything other than supplying nourishement.
Makes you wonder if IV's are next on the list as "unnatural"..
Anyway, the Judge needs to get off his or her butt and make a decision.
Am I the only one who caught that bit about the Hospice not objecting if Terri was moved away from there? What does that mean? Can she just go now???
We also have to remember, that if God wants Terri alive, no man can kill her.
Last night, Randall Terry was begging Jeb to take protective custody of Terri. I have asked if that would be legally possible. I still don't know.
In what capacity did the Judge from Hell attend the hearing, and was he surrounded by his bodyguards?
Felos is losing it!
Seriously guys..the enemy wants us fighting each other instead of him... don't do this..
Her parents could take her to a hospital?
Randall Terry refered to the judge as "she," because he thought the judge's first name was "Jane," and not "James."
As you said, everything is in God's hands.
Newt Gingrich made a good case for executive intervention on Hannity's show this afternoon. I'm going to try to find a # for Newt. Maybe he can light a fire under a Bush.
It may be that he's making sure his ruling is airtight and based on law. That's not neccesarily a bad thing.
"Yes, life is sacred," Felos said as he argued that restarting artificial feedings would be a violation of Terri Schiavo's rights. "So is liberty, particularly in this country."
the judge told Gibbs that he still wasn't completely sold on the argument. "I think you'd be hardpressed to convince me that you have a substantial likelihood" of the parents' lawsuit succeeding, Whittemore said.
Countered Felos: "Every possible issue has been raised and re-raised, litigated and re-litigated. It's the elongation of these proceedings that have violated Mrs. Schiavo's due process rights."
Bob Schindler said he is now noticing dehydration's effects on his daughter. Yet when he told her that he hoped the tube would soon be replaced, he said she smiled -even though Michael Schiavo insists that such a reaction is simply impossible.

Ok, this is out of hand, obviously I misunderstood someone and they misunderstood me, I am not accusing ANYONE of not believing in God, or knowing God or whatever. I am not here to fight, just to help.
There is that part of me
that sees the darkness
swirling about the world,
the death from hate,
the death from anger
the death from self indulgence
the death from neglect,
and all those innocent deaths
for convenience,
to put one out of their pain,
supposedly
an act of mercy.
O Lord,
yet out of the darkness,
I see your cross
blazing in the night
a beacon
connecting heaven to earth,
and I know, once again,
that we have not been left forsaken.
Fill me with your light, Lord,
make me a lantern,
a channel
that will cascade that light
into the dark corners of my world
dispelling the night.
Neither do I. But I think we have to consider the fact that this is now a Federal matter? Does Jeb have jurisdiction?
I personally think felos and his smarmy statement about the Schindler's losing in Federal Court came too soon.
I think the Judge is going to bounce that moron on his tail.
It's unbelievable, but I know it's true, it's just like Twilight Zone or something worse. Surely someone got a pic of it. What is Florida coming to?
