With a mother like that, it's no wonder he's not got his head on straight.

Like Robin Williams said, "When you look at Prince Charles, don't you think that someone in the Royal family knew someone in the Royal family?"

Her Majesty can designate her heir in her will.

Didn't work for Henry I

It amazes me how possessive and opinionated many English are about the subject of the royal family. I thought Charles should get married, but his wife should not be named queen. And hell, if she designates her heir in her will, then whats all the fuss about?

Did work for William I, however.

Well, was Sir Elton even invited?" :)

Shouldn't it be "Lady Elton?"

Charles wants to be King - but like his great-uncle, he faces a choice: the woman he loves or the throne. He's made his choice, he's just having trouble understanding it, apparently.

Regards, Ivan

"That's it. King William V it is."

Sure appears that way.....Doesn't Charles have to be married in the church to become King? It's almost as if Charles is abdicating the throne without actually announcing it.....yet. I pray it's King William V! Charles should move to the country with his new wife and be happy.

He's been having trouble understanding for years, even while being married to Diana.

If William becomes King, does Harry have any official title? I was just curious.

She looks horribly cheap! Still she makes a good match with Charlie who is no beau himself! What with those thick fingers of his, and those horrible ears and the hooked nose... I feel sorry for the queen!

She has the power to dissolve the government and call for elections and she can simply fire the Prime Minister if she so desires.

She needs to start doing this more often.
